Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Diamond T Trailer warrants to the original purchaser that its product will be free of defects for a period of (1) year of date of purchase, providing that the following condition is met and satisfied.  The purchaser must provide original receipt clearly stating date of purchase from an authorized Diamond T Trailer dealer within (12) months of submitting claim.

Warranty Coverage:
The (1) year warranty covers the main frame, ramps, cross members, rubrail and outer frame only.  Normal wearable items will not be replaced due to wear.  The normal wearable items include, but are not limited to: flooring, paint, brake linings, bearings and hoses.  All auxiliary parts such as brakes, calipers, jacks, wheels, bearings, tires, suspension, lights, hydraulic dump cylinder and controls are covered by their individual manufacturer.

Limitations:
The sole responsibility of Diamond T Trailer under this limited warranty shall be to repair and replace parts at the Diamond T Trailer manufacturing facility, or at an authorized dealer, or at another location with prior written approval by Diamond T Trailer.  All other obligations or liabilities, including incidental or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of failure of any parts to operate properly are hereby excluded, including but not limited to any damages resulting from loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss, or any other type of damages general or specific, foreseen or unforeseen, unless applicable by state law provides otherwise.  Diamond T Trailer will not reimburse any claimant for any adjustment or repair of a Diamond T trailer without prior written approval by Diamond T Trailer.  Any repairs performed at a location other than Diamond T Trailer manufacturing, will be allotted $35.00 per hour for labor costs, only after being authorized in advance by Diamond T Trailer.

Warranty Void:
Diamond T Trailer is not responsible for damage caused by accident, negligence, abuse, misapplication, or misuse or a trailer or any of its component parts.  Loading in excess of gross vehicle load rating on the VIN tag will invalidate any and all warranties.  All modifications, alterations, or repair to any product by Diamond T Trailer without Diamond T Trailer prior knowledge and written consent will void manufacture’s warranty.

Transportation Costs Excluded
Transportation of any trailer to and/or from your dealer, or an approved repair facility, or Diamond T Trailer factory shall be the responsibility of the trailer owner.  Diamond T Trailer shall not be held responsible for any such costs.

Disclaimers:
This warranty is expressly given in lieu of all other warranties and representations.  Diamond T Trailer makes no representation of warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to Diamond T Trailer weather as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter.  No one, including an authorized Diamond T Trailer dealer is authorized to make further or additional warranties on behalf of Diamond T Trailer.

Dealer Responsibilities:
Diamond T Trailer dealers are responsible for submitting the manufacturer any claim you wish to make under this Limited Warranty.

Required Warranty Claim Procedure
Within (5) days after discovering a problem with your Diamond T trailer, return your trailer for inspection to your Diamond T Trailer dealer where purchased (if possible).
If your dealer cannot repair the problem free of charge and you want to file a claim under this warranty, your local dealer must send claim to Diamond T Trailer by fax or mail within (10) days of discovery of your defect.
Any defective parts must be returned to Diamond T Trailer within (30) days of the date of approval to qualify for reimbursement.
Diamond T Trailer will not reimburse any claimant for any adjustment or repair of a Diamond T Trailer product without written approval by Diamond T Trailer.
Diamond T Trailer reserves the right to not pay unreasonable cost for replacement or repair of defects to a Diamond T trailer, and may, at its discretion, establish reasonable reimbursement or parts for any authorized work performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Diamond T Trailer hereby makes no other express or implied warranties and there are no other warranties which extend beyond those described in this Limited Warranty.
